    There are simple ways to burn some kilos, try these for your self.
  • Try to stand rather than sit whenever you can.When you are talking over the phone, you may stand or you may walk while talking over the phone.
  • Try to change the channels in you television manually by walking. Try to avoid the usage of remote control to switch channels.
  • Try to use stairs whenever possible at home or outside.
  • Try to walk as much as possible for a day.
  • The most important is trying to schedule with proper exercise sessions for the day or for the week.
