Is there anything as a cancer prevention plan? The first step is to avoid carcinogens. Check food labels for the following: hydrogenated oils, acryl amides (formed during frying process), sodium nitrites (found in hot dogs, bacon, and processed meats, doughnuts, French fries, chips, crackers and cookies) and stay away from refined sugars. Eat more unprocessed foods, rich in omega-3s and more to a plant based diet.
