SWEET SMEELING MOUTH ALL DAY

Friday, March 25, 2011

Always brush twice a day and use a mouthwash after breakfast, lunch or dinner. Avoid eating or drinking anything but plain water for a couple of hours after that. Get into the habit of using dental floss and a tongue cleaner.

Get your teeth scaled and polished every six months, and have any cavities filled. Bad breath can also be caused by a coated tongue, dentures, smoking and healing surgical or extraction wounds.

Begin the day well by eating healthy food. Keep drinking water-a dry mouth can easily cause bacterial buildup.

If bad breath persists, check for rhinitis, sinusitis, tonsillitis, disease of the lungs and bronchi and diabetes.

I also do that. It is nice to know that you and I share the same oral hygiene repertoire. My dentist advised me on this one.

After teeth extraction, you should consider getting implants. Permanent dentures are much better than the traditional ones.

I've also read a post from one of the blogs that it's always a good practice to gargle tap water 7 minutes after you eat. This method will help neutralize the mouth's environment leaving it healthy and fresh too.

Use mouth wash that aren't alcohol based. There are a lot of mouth wash in the market that have fruity flavours which you'll really love.

Dental hygiene is important to prevent tooth decay and cavities. Our Goose Creek dentist has also recommended using non-alcohol mouthwash for effective cleaning without the sting.

Thank you for sharing these tips! If bad breath persists, you might want to visit a cosmetic dentistry Plano TX clinic. It might be caused by a serious oral problem.

My dentist colorado springs co recommends to brush at least twice daily and use mouth wash to remove bacteria in the mouth that may cause oral problems. A regular visit to your dentist is advisable as well.

There are a lot of causes of bad breath. I have to agree with you. I think when brushing your teeth you also need to brush your tongue so as to make sure no bacteria will be left.

My dentist in rockford also said the exact same thing, get your teeth scaled and polished every six months, and have any cavities filled to prevent bad breath. Regular brushing and flossing can greatly help as well.
